Coldwell Banker agents organized an open house “Tailgate Party” at 11 Northfield homes this afternoon. I visited 5 of them, several of which I’d previously seen and shot video at.
This was my first visit to 2456 Hedge Row, a 6-bedroom, 5 ½ bath home with a 4-car garage on a 1.2 acre site at the end of one of Northfield’s private lanes.
My initial reaction to the home, which has a large indoor pool, was surprise at the price, which struck me as a good value, $1.150 million.
