A restored Queen Anne in Oak Park, Part 2

Double-turreted Victorian homes are unusual in Oak Park, so I couldnt’ resist an opportunity to visit one.

My host was Tony Iwersen of Prudential Rubloff, who was holding an open house at the home, 1032 Erie St, in the Frank Lloyd Wright Historic District in Oak Park.

The 5 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home is less than a 5-minute walk to the Metra station, shops and restaurants. It’s priced in the mid $900s.

In the earlier part of our tour we looked at the landscaped exterior and chatted briefly about the state of the Oak Park housing market. In this part we walk the first floor of the home.
