Ouch, ouch, ouch. Life isn’t fair. Not all of us can be beautiful, and here is a home that only a small-time developer could love. This ugly duckling was spotted in East Village, which seems to have more than its fair share of teardowns waiting to happen. I can’t say that I want them all to be transformed into bland brick boxes, but surely there is a third way?
