Only three units remain unsold at Grand on Grand, Sutherland Pearsall‘s 28-story condo tower in River North. The 111-unit building, located at 200 W Grand Ave, has for sale a one-bedroom one-bathroom unit in the $390s and two penthouses at well over $1 million.
Sutherland’s Jerry Houlihan tells us there is a three-bedroom penthouse on the 22nd floor going for a little less than $2.3 million, and developers are throwing in two parking spaces to sweeten the deal. There’s also a two-bedroom penthouse with a den on the 26th floor for about $1.3 million, but parking with that unit will run about an extra $30,000.
