Makes the 87-square-foot balcony on another unit in the building (right) look pretty wan by comparison.
We don’t want to get into a debate about whether size matters (when it comes to outdoor space, it does), but we couldn’t help gasping at this one. By our calculation, the massive terrace on this third-floor unit accounts for about 62 percent of the property. Which should make for one heck of a party, at least during the three weeks of suitable weather Chicago gets each year. We hope the owners of the ginormous terrace invite the folks with the thin 87-square-foot job.
