While we’re on the subject of “Lego balconies,” we have to wonder if this condo building, at 4213-4219 N Ashland Ave, was designed by the same architect as 1528 W Jonquil Terrace. Much of the brick is a different shade and the configuration’s a little different, but not much. Both have highly useable balconies that are big enough for more than a potted plant. When last we checked, there was one unit left for sale at this project containing two duplexes and eight simplexes, listed by @properties.
