Antique market in West Loop

The Chicago Antique Market returns to Randolph Street in the West Loop on June 25, and on the last Sunday of every month through October 29.

An indoor/outdoor market with more than 200 dealers, the Market sets up shop in the 1300 block of West Randolph, between Ada and Ogden, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $10, and parking is free. There’s food and drink available, but why go all the way to the West Loop, to Resturant Row no less, and not eat in one of the neighborhood’s great restaurants. Personally, I suggest Red Light.

The dates for the Market, in case you don’t have a calendar in front of you, are as follows: June 25, July 30, Aug. 27, Sept. 24, and Oct. 29. And even if you don’t buy anything, you get to dream about how you would outfit your next dwelling; you also get to spend the day in a neighborhood on the rise.
