Belgravia Group – the developer behind 600 N Lake Shore Drive, Hartland Park and the new 565 Quincy – will build 37 townhouses on a vacant parcel of land at 16th Street and Union Avenue (a block southeast of New West’s University Village development), in the University Village neighborhood.
Details are just starting to come in, but Belgravia’s Amy Hojnacki tells us that the three- and four-bedroom townhomes will be “a little bit more modern” than homes at University Village. Amen to that. There will be five plans for the four-story townhouses, with 2,300 to 2,800 square feet. Prices will range from the high $400s to the $600s.
Hojnacki expects the on-site sales center to open in early September, but Belgravia will begin signing contracts starting in mid-July. The company anticipates a summer 2008 delivery.
