Bucktown goes from bordellos to lofts

There’s another Bucktown out there, in the Quad-Cities area.

That Buctown is named for the bordellos and honky-tonks that dominated the area in an earlier era, according to this article about a new loft development in Bucktown, from the Quad-City Times.

And our Bucktown allegedly gets its name from male goats raised in the area? Hmmmm.
