Good ol’ Hank, our man in the Old Town Triangle, reports that sales are underway at historic Crilly Court, a well-known 19th century apartment complex that stretches a full block in Old Town. Daniel F. Crilly built the block, which stands out for its integrity and unity, in 1885.
The condos have one to four bedrooms and 650 to 1,900 square feet, priced from the $230s. Hank has some nice shots of Crilly, and there are more photos of Crilly Court on flickr. Dana DiPasquale, of Baird & Warner, is selling the condos. The units might not be big, but as Hank points out and the sign says, it’s all about location, location and…what was that third thing again?
