CBI Custom Homes builds $3.9 million Tudor in Glencoe

I’ve been trying to decide how to spend my $3.9 million bonus from YoChicago, and I’m thinking maybe CBI Custom Homes‘ brick, stone and stucco English Country Tudor, located at 950 Bluff St in Glencoe, might be the way to go. In the winter issue of New Homes Magazine, Dan Schuyler checks out the house and the company behind it.

“We wanted the house to look like it had been there a long time, so we used materials that have that effect, things like leaded glass, handmade brick, low-relief plaster and lots of others,” [company president Brett] Marlowe says.
