The Illinois Attorney General’s office has sued Ronald Kafka, proprietor of a series of at least 26 Cook County home repair companies that have allegedly been defrauding consumers for 25 years.
Kafka’s currently doing business as Father & Sons Contractors, Inc. I find that curious, since I’ve known, over the years, several other father and sons teams that have made their careers in home repair fraud. How is it that the daughters never seem to get in this business?
