The Piedmont Group will open sales at its South Loop high-rise, GlasHaus, 1327 S Wabash Ave, on February 11.
Units have one or two bedrooms (some one-bedroom units have dens), 676 to 1,189 square feet, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies. Prices range from the $230s to the $420s. Penthouse units — including one with three bedrooms — have upgraded finishes, 1,060 to 1,796 square feet and inset balconies. Penthouse prices range from the $490s to the $810s.
The sales center is located at 1429 S Michigan Ave. We haven’t heard an opening time yet but we’ll keep you posted.
