Developers New West Realty and Ashland Developer Group are closing out the final three units at Paramount Lofts, the Near West Side loft development that was voted best new loft by New Homes Magazine in 2004. The building, at 140 S Ashland Ave, is capped by a distinctive glass atrium with balconies (get a better view after the jump). The final three units at the former department store offer immediate occupancy and free parking, and prices range from the $210s to the $370s.
