The rendering of architects Brininstool + Lynch‘s Lofthaus appears to hide what looks like a full wall of windows in the shade of a tree. It takes seeing the real building, at 321 S Sangamon St in the West Loop, to realize the south-facing windows are much smaller (and not really visible in this picture). No love lost, though, as the eastern exposure is probably the only one worth having.
