The brick and glass mid-rise has one- and two-bedroom units with private terraces priced from the $370s, and the building has 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. At 110 units, 909 Washington is actually the baby of three developments Terrapin has cooking in the area. The developer’s Madison 901 has 148 condos in a 10-story building with 15,000 square feet of retail space, an indoor-outdoor recreation complex and a friggin’ yoga room. And The Residences at Burnham Pointe, 710 S Clark St, is a planned 298-unit high-rise.
