A 3,000 square-foot space is going for $1.6 million, and a 5,000 square-foot unit is $2.3 million.

And if you spill a little ketchup on your tie, someone will be immediately standing outside your door with some club soda. On the upside, you don’t have to leave home for much. On the downside, your condo association will have to foot the bill for Fordham’s creative services and amenities. Of course, if you can afford a penthouse of a couple of mil, you probably aren’t too worried about your assessments.
