Closings at The Enterprise Companies‘ 1600 Museum Park tower, located at 1621 S Prairie Ave in the South Loop, will begin on Dec. 16, according to Ralph Oliva of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
The building topped out in September and is on pace to completion by April 1. About 65 percent of 1600’s 273 units are under contract, and the remaining 96 or so units for sale are one- to three-bedrooms priced from the $290s to the $700s, Oliva says.
