No word on how many students have purchased loft condos at College Lofts, but the project is 90 percent sold, according to Kevin Dembinsky of Second City Realty, which is marketing the one- and two-bedroom homes. The developer will soon introduce closeout incentives, according to Dembinsky, though he is not yet sure what they’ll be.
Located in the historic St. Stanislaus College building in the Noble Square neighborhood, the 23-unit development offers lofty features, including 10- to 18-foot ceiling heights and exposed concrete ceilings, ductwork and brick walls. Features include hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, marble baths and in-unit washers and dryers. Garage parking is available for $19,000.
Prices on the remaining units range from the $320s to the $410s. The project, located at 1521 W Haddon Ave, has been on the market since early 2006.
