Near the end of our conversation yesterday, Coldwell Banker agent Tom Hartmann mentioned that he has taken over the sales for Landmark Square, a new development going up in Bronzeville.
Ferro Dipiazza Inc has already built six condos at 3323 S Prairie Ave and will start work on another six in the next month, Hartmann says. Two homes have sold, and four can be ready for delivery in 45 to 60 days.
Three of the four available condos are two-bedroom / two-bath units priced from the $280s to the $300s. The fourth is a four-bedroom / three-bath priced in the $380s.
Ferro Dipiazza may try its hand at some larger homes in Landmark Square’s third and fourth phases. Five three-bedroom townhouses at 245 E 33rd St are already listed in the $460s and $470s, but those will only go up if the company can make a few pre-construction sales, Hartmann says.
A few single-family homes have been planned for the corner of 33rd Street and Giles Avenue, but the developer does not want to build those on spec either, he says.
