Lou recently brought back a few pics of Cornelia Court, under construction at 3001 W Cornelia Ave in Avondale.
As I reported in February, Anchor General has begun work on the project’s fourth phase of townhouses: four three-bed / 3.5-bath homes with approximately 2,300 square feet spread out over three levels.
Prices on all of Cornelia Court’s available units ranged from the $490s to $620s at last check. A few are ready for delivery, and the four under construction will be ready this fall.
