Construction continues on the Lofts at Roosevelt Collection, Centrum Properties’ new mixed-use development located at 150 W Roosevelt Rd in Chicago’s West Loop.
Along with thousands of square feet of new retail space, Roosevelt Collection features 342 new-construction “soft lofts” with one or two bedrooms and 759 to 1,497 square feet of living space. The project was 56 percent sold in early spring 2009, with prices of remaining units ranging from the low $300s to the $650s.
