The best view of the Lofts at Roosevelt Collection site is from the Roosevelt Road bridge. From there, you can look straight down into a well of activity; heck, you can see quite a bit of it from your car as you drive past. Finding a parking spot along that stretch of Roosevelt is a little difficult, however, so I had to settle for a couple of snapshots from the ground level, near the intersection of 11th and Wells streets.
When finished, the Lofts phase of Centrum Properties‘ mixed-use development will comprise 342 homes in two eight-story buildings. A 43-story high-rise is planned for the north end of the development, as you can see from the conceptual art below.
More than 51 percent of the lofts have sold; remaining units range in price from the low $300s to the $650s, according to sales associate Jeremy Forman.
