By my count, The Enterprise Companies‘ One Museum Park West, under construction at 1201 S Prairie Ave, is still 19 stories away from topping out, but crews are already installing glass and balcony railings on the tower’s lowest residential levels.
Approximately 210 of One Museum Park West’s 298 condos were under contract by last summer, according to old Yo posts. As of last night, 88 homes were still listed on the MLS: 87 by listing agent Ralph Oliva and one by a Keller Williams Realty Chicago – Lincoln Park agent.
Oliva’s units include:
- 10 two-bedroom / two-baths with 1,238 square feet, priced from the $530s to the $550s
- 19 two-bedroom / two-baths with 1,639 square feet, priced from the $630s to the $700s
- 27 two-bedroom / two-baths with 1,700 square feet, priced from the $990s to $1.24 million
- Seven three-bedroom / two-baths with 1,746 square feet, priced from $1.06 million to $1.31 million
- 24 three-bedroom / three-baths with 3,000 square feet, priced from $1.6 million to $2.14 million
The lone resale is a one-bedroom / two-bath with 1,207 square feet, priced in the $530s.
One Museum Park West is on track to deliver homes late this year.
