For reasons unknown to us, the first part of my Coliseum Park video was taken off YouTube yesterday after Viacom claimed copyright infringement. We’re puzzled by that decision, and we hope to get the video back up soon, but in the meantime, here’s Part 2 (and here’s hoping that it doesn’t get taken down too).
In this video, Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate agents Jason Stratton and Sophia Klopas focus on the furnished model. Like the other building I visited with Stratton last week, 2500 South Halsted, they stressed the solid construction and handicapped accessibility at Coliseum Park. Construction is just wrapping up on Coliseum Park, and 19 homes are still available in the four-story low-rise. Prices for the one- to three-bedroom condos range from the $310s to the $480s.
