In the past month, workers have enclosed the front balconies at The Rotunda and have begun to install the windows in the bays that give the development its name. Thomas Hall of Rubloff Residential Properties told Mark in September that the eight-unit building at 2741 N Sheffield Ave in Lincoln Park might be finished and ready for occupancy by the end of the year. Crews still have some work to do to meet that goal, but it looks like they’ll come close, at least. I’d expect to be able to take a look around the building within the next couple of months, and if we get the chance, we’ll film some of it for your viewing entertainment.
At last check, two-bedroom / two-bath condos at The Rotunda were priced from the $490s to the $570s, and the development’s two townhouses were priced in the $720s and the $750s.
