The three condos at 718 W Aldine Ave will be completed in 90 days, according to Mario Greco, a broker associate with Rubloff Residential Properties, which is marketing the project.
The property has one simplex on the second floor and two duplexes – one duplex-down on the first floor and one duplex-up on the top floor. According to Greco, this layout “provided something a little bit out of the ordinary.” He says top-floor duplexes can be hard to find in neighborhoods with stricter zoning requirements.
The simplex (1,500 square feet) has two bedrooms and two baths. The first-floor duplex (2,700 square feet) has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The top-floor duplex (2,600 square feet) has three bedrooms and two baths, along with five decks.
All of the units are available, and prices range from the $490s to the $890s, Greco says.
Features include walnut-stained hardwood floors, crown molding, granite counters, natural cherry cabinets, Viking / Bosch / Sub-Zero stainless steel packages and under-cabinet lighting. Detached garage parking is included in the price.
