A new three-flat condo building is planned for 923 W Wrightwood Ave in Lincoln Park, according to Rick Bush, co-owner of Bryck Development, Inc.
The site is currently occupied by a vacant three-flat apartment building, which is scheduled to be demolished in the coming weeks, Bush says. He already has a building permit for the development, and he’s hoping to receive a demolition permit from the city of Chicago on Friday.
Bush tentatively plans to build a four-story building with one duplex and two simplexes, but details and floor plans are still being finalized. Bush says the project will be similar to Bryck Development’s latest project at 718 W Aldine Ave.
The project at 923 W Wrightwood Ave is scheduled to be finished in April 2008, he says.
