The Alexandria on Belmont, 1425 W Belmont Ave, is scheduled to deliver its first units this fall.
The four-story project has 15 1,650-square-foot condos and five 1,100-square-foot storefronts. All of the residential units have two bedrooms and two baths, and range from the high $400s to the mid $500s. The first of the building’s five sections (composed of one retail unit and three condos) is nearly finished, according to Nadine Ferrata of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which is marketing the project. Dragan Labovic is the developer.
All condos come with hardwood floors, Viking appliances, granite counters, crown molding, custom cabinetry, marble baths, garage parking, common rooftop decks and private balconies. The penthouse unit also comes with a private 500-square-foot rooftop deck.
