First Chicago Realty Corp., founded in 2000 as a boutique firm specializing in new construction, is now an independently owned and operated franchise of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc.
The new firm, named Weichert, Realtors – First Chicago, will continue its focus on development but expand the brokerage side of the business, company co-owner Ron Ruby said in a news release.
Weichert has more than 500 offices – both company-owned and franchised – nationwide.
