A few months ago, Patrick wrote that exposed concrete would dominate the interiors at CMK Companies‘ 235 Van Buren, noting the exposed concrete on pillars, ceilings and walls in the renderings. As of right now, you can certainly get your concrete fix at 235 Van Buren, but that’s because vertical construction has only just begun – all that has emerged is what looks like a concrete parking structure.
The 46-story condo high-rise will have 714 units when completed. Last we checked, price points in 235 Van Buren run from the $230s for one-bedrooms to the $550s for a 1,400 square-foot two-bedroom condo.
