When I posted about the custom closets at The Avenue on Grand last week, Paul Fortman of @properties agreed to have me come over to the development and shoot a video with him. Paul showed me around the top-floor unit, which is a 2,150 square-foot two-bedroom / two-bath with a private rooftop terrace.
