In mid-January Sergio & Banks Real Estate agent Melissa Govedarica told me that the first homes from The Green Collection would be ready for delivery in June, and it looks like developer Ultimate Homes is making good on that promise.
Construction just finished up at the two nearly identical two-unit buildings at 1709 and 1711 N Rockwell St in Humboldt Park. Govedarica says she has a model that’s ready to view in 1711 North Rockwell (pictured below), and she just held the first open house in that building last week. The duplex-downs in both of those buildings are priced in the $480s, and the duplex-ups are priced in the $540s.
Over at 1747 W North Ave in Wicker Park (pictured above, at right), construction is just wrapping up, and Govedarica says she’ll have a furnished model to show by June 1. Govedarica says all three of the condos in that building have two bedrooms and two baths, and because it’s located next to a wide alley, she says there are multiple exposures that let in plenty of natural light. Prices at 1747 West North range from the $420s to the $460s.
Govedarica says two more buildings from The Green Collection will be ready for delivery in July: 903 North Honore and 3107 West Armitage (pictured above, at left).
All of the developments in The Green Collection have been designed by Park Ridge-based architect Orest Baranyk, and Govedarica says all of the buildings have received the Chicago Green Homes program’s highest rating of three stars.
