Bucktown is already home to some stunning contemporary homes, and it looks like Brighton Development‘s condo building at 1954 N Wilmot Ave will give the neighborhood even more residential eye candy. The building, designed by Florian Architects, has four condos with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows (in select rooms, by the looks of it), terraces and garage parking. According to marketers Koenig & Strey, the development will have “eco-friendly construction,” and they anticipate delivery late in the year. Prices start in the $740s.
