Leading the pack is Kenilworth (60043) at $1.58M. Winnetka (60093), at $1.07M, has a slender lead over Glencoe (60022) at $1.05M.
California (who would have guessed?) leads the nation in pricey ZIP codes, with 83. New York is a distant second, with 20 ZIP codes with a median price over $1M.
In the current market, Winnetka and Glencoe could easily slip under the $1M benchmark, leaving Kenilworth alone on the list.
