Sure, it’s maybe a little more progressive than some other buildings along this stretch of Armitage, but shouldn’t it have a little more… je ne sais quoi to merit being called “ultra” anything? The sign out front advertises “up to 40 percent energy savings,” so that’s a feather in these condos caps. The two-bedroom units are priced from the $350s.
