Developer smackdown, round X: who's crazier, buyers in the West Loop or the South Loop?

In the final round of our developer smackdown, Keith Giles (representing the South Loop) and David Chase (representing the West Loop) talk about how the infrastructure of these neighborhoods grew, and answer this question from the audience: “David, would you explain to our audience why anybody would have to be crazy to live in the South Loop, and Keith, would you explain to our audience why anybody would have to be crazy to live in the West Loop?” For their answers, click on the video above.

Chase, of The Thrush Companies, is developing 740 Fulton. Giles, a principal in Kargil Development, is building X/O Condominiums. YoChicago’s Barry Pearce is the moderator.
