In this first video that I shot with Jason Pohlonski of @properties yesterday, Pohlonski talks about what he views to be Joffrey Tower‘s three best assets: Location, views and competitive pricing. The pricing of course just became a bit more competitive, because, as I mentioned in a post yesterday, developer Smithfield Properties recently lowered the prices on the remaining homes in the Loop high-rise by as much as $24,000.
One-bedrooms in Joffrey Tower, 8 E Randolph St, are currently priced from the $270s to the $320s, and two-bedrooms are priced from the $430s to the $500s.
