We’ve written intermittently about Ranquist Development‘s Osterhaus McCarthy-designed 2028 W Division St since it launched in 2007.
In April of 2008 construction was expected to begin that summer. It did, but was stalled as of June 2009. When we checked in again, in March of 2011, construction was complete and only one unit was listed for sale, in the $590s.

The condo recently came back on the market, priced at $899,900. It boasts a 33 x 44 roof deck with a hot tub, U-shaped seating area around a gas fire pit, and skyline views.
