The Chicago Architecture Blog is reporting that Draper and Kramer plans to expand its decades-long presence in the South Loop with the construction of a new 7-story hotel and 25-story apartment tower.
The site, at 2109 S Wabash, has great proximity to the new CTA Green Line station at Cermak, as you can see in these aerial views, shot just over a month ago.
