Construction was underway on the final six-flat in Chase Park Commons, 42-unit condo development that’s spread between seven six-flats at 4717 – 4747 N Clark St in Uptown. That was before the bitter cold set in, making construction difficult, according to Jameson Real Estate agent Patricia Emmer.
Workers got as far as the first floor before putting their tools down, Emmer says, and deliveries, which were originally expected for March, will probably be pushed back to May or June.
That final six-flat will be located on the north edge of the development, at 4747 N Clark St, and all six of its homes will have three bedrooms and two baths. In addition to those six, Emmer says the three-bedroom / two-bath model unit, which is located at 4733 N Clark St, is also for sale. That home is priced in the $400s and it’s ready for immediate delivery.
Chase Park Commons is of course named after the neighborhood park located across the street, which Emmer says features a playground, running track and tennis courts. A photo of Chase Park is below.
