We recently wondered why the National Association of Realtors had to launch an ad campaign informing consumers that now is a great time to buy a home. Along the same lines, Carol Lloyd at SFGate.com, wonders in perplexed tones how the ads can claim that this is a great time both to buy AND to sell homes: “Isn’t that like saying it’s a good time both to buy Microsoft and to sell Microsoft?”
