We’re on a video roll, folks. Last Friday, I met up with @properties sales consultant Waveland Kendt (star of Mark’s Solstice on the Park videos) at the sales center for The Prime Group‘s Ten East Delaware. It’s been a while since we’ve written anything about the development, but construction is moving along at a good pace near the intersection of Delaware Place and State Street, so it seemed like a good time to visit.
You’ll notice that we spend a good part of the video looking at the scale model near the front of the sales center. That’s because there’s not a whole lot to see aside from the kitchen and bathroom models (which we do get to in the second half of the video). Waveland was a good sport and was able to talk at length about the development – and yes, the mic works – so pull on some headphones and give it a listen.
