Here’s another development that Joe and I spotted while cruising around a few neighborhoods in the North Side last week. This new Camelot Realty elevator building is located at 2754 – 2758 W Lawrence Ave in Ravenswood, just about a block to the east of the Chicago River.

Rich Aronson of Camelot Realty says the building was just completed and none of the eight units have sold yet. There are seven three-bedroom / two-baths that range from 1,500 to 1,700 square feet priced from the $450s to the $530s, and one two-bedroom / two-bath listed in the $360s. Aronson says the developer is taking $10,000 off the listing price for buyers who sign contracts before the end of August.

The ground floor has about 3,500 square feet of retail space that Aronson says will probably be doctors’ offices, because it’s so close to Swedish Covenant Hospital. (I’m not sure if that’s much of a selling point.)

Aronson says all of the units come with Viking and Wolf appliances, washers and dryers, and garage parking. A common roof deck is accessible by elevator.
