I noticed this new development, RW 1770, while browsing NewHomeNotebook.com this morning. I’m assuming “RW” stands for Ravenswood, and “1770” refers to its address, 1770 W Wilson Ave.
Rich Kasper of Century 21 Sussex & Reilly has the development listed on his site, along with this small rendering. A brochure (PDF) on his site shows plans for 24 units that range from a 924 square-foot two-bedroom / one-bath to a 1,519 square-foot three-bedroom / two-bath with a private roof deck. According to the price sheet, two units have already sold, and the rest are priced from the $280s to the $510s.
Kasper’s assistant says that ground hasn’t broken on RW 1770 yet, but they are beginning to market the project. If I learn anything more, I’ll let you know.
