Irving Park Manor condos slated to break ground at Chicago's northwest border

Irving Park Manor

If you’re looking for the leafy, residential feeling of suburbia but you’re loathe to give up your 773, Irving Park Manor, a condo development planned at 3954 N Oriole, might present an acceptable compromise. The four-story elevator building, developed by Peter Build Homes, will face a stretch of Irving Park Road that serves as the border between Chicago and neighboring Norridge. Groundbreaking is scheduled “within the month,” according to Karyn Israel, an agent with Sergio & Banks, which is marketing the project.

Israel describes the area as primarily residential, with the exception of the commercial strip along Irving Park Road. She says the four units that have sold so far are at the back of the building, facing away from Irving Park.

The three-bedroom two-bath units each span about 1,550 square feet, with prices ranging from the $300s to the $320s. Each condo has two balconies, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors in the living areas and one free garage parking space per unit. Two storefronts encompassing a total of about 1,550 square feet will occupy part of the ground floor. Israel says she expects deliveries in September or October.
