Ivy Hall caps new University Village, adding housing to the mix

Ivy Hall

Construction is underway at Ivy Hall, the third and final phase of the 68-acre mixed-use community University Village, located adjacent to UIC on the Near West Side. Ivy Hall adds more than 160 condos, 30 townhomes and 36 single-family homes to the Village, boosting its total housing count to about 900 units. In its September issue, New Homes Magazine looks back on the development’s five years of progress.

Buyers at Ivy Hall, the community’s final stage, don’t need that sort of imagination.
