Those of you who watched the first part of our East Village drive-around video yesterday caught a glimpse of Vision, RDM Development‘s new 33-unit building at 1624 W Division St in Wicker Park. The signs outside revealed what we had been hearing for the past few weeks: that Vision followed RDM’s other new-construction project, Trio, into the Jameson Real Estate stable.
Mark actually discovered this in May when he noticed Jameson agent David Mahoney‘s name in the contact info on Vision’s Web site. Mahoney told me over e-mail about three weeks ago that he was putting together two models for Vision and would get back to us this month for updates on both RDM developments.
No listings have emerged for Vision since Coldwell Banker agent Matt Garrison stopped marketing the condos earlier this year. At that time, the 1,300 to 2,000 square-foot two- and three-bedroom condos were priced from the $440s to $590s. We’ll see how those prices stack up to Mahoney’s listings later this month.
