The Bellevue, Kingsdale Enterprises‘ new condo conversion at 3754 N Bernard St in Irving Park, has this garden unit with a bedroom that’s about seven-feet by eight-feet. And the “trendy” part? We’re guessing it’s the lack of windows in that glorified closet: waking up to sunlight is so passé.
The development has a few more junior units with larger bedrooms; check out all the floor plans here. The Bellevue has a total of 25 units with up to two bedrooms. According to the developer, the gut-rehabbed building has new floors, roofing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Prices range from the $130s (for the garden unit mentioned) to the $230s, and first deliveries are expected in mid-October.
