Land of the high-end rentals: $3,000 one-bedroom in Lincoln Park

In a quick listings search this morning this single-family house turned up as the priciest one-bedroom rental we found in the city, at $3,000 per month. Listed by Rubloff, the house is located at 2734 N Marshfield Ave in Lincoln Park. And while $3,000 may seem like a bit much to lay down in rent, even if you are able to split it with a bedmate, we must say that for a single-family house in Lincoln Park, with an office with built-in desks, a sun room, two bathrooms, private yard and fancy kitchen appliances, we’re not nearly as gobsmacked by the price tag as we usually are during our trips to the land of high-end rentals.
